Growing up I was fortunate to be gifted with a range of skills, and blessed to have the support guidance and most significantly an environment in which to train and hone them. Of the many tools I utilize, one of the most important is to always believe in my ability and to have confidence in myself. I have carried this with me into my business. As I began to work with more clients I realized that these same skills were needed but not always possessed especially when it came to my female clients. I am not sure why but for some reason most of us girls tend to miss out on the high self esteem, blind self confidence gene. Throughout the work, the absence of these skills became more and more apparent and most often manifested itself as some degree of what is now known in psychology circles as Imposter (or Impostor) Syndrome. After unsuccessfully searching for an in depth hands on solution to help these women, I decided to take ownership and create this course! This course is abut so much more than Imposter Syndrome; because at it's core it is centered around personal growth, self improvement, empowerment, self love, and most impactfully, a proven method to unlock the best version of yourself every single day!
